I think I was getting the same error code. For me, it turns out it was the shoe rack I had set to remove shoes before entering. I was able to get into build mode from the world map and delete the rack and now my game works. Hope this helps
@ddrice1992 Did you ever use mods/cc ? Did you get the exact same error code ?

If that doesn't help:
- Do you have the error code on all your lots or just a certain one ?
- Do you get any LastExceptions files in your doc folder (If so, please copy/paste the content to your post)
I had to update the game today and starting having the exact same error code. No mods/cc. I tried the double load and it still doesn't work. I also tried repairing my game.
I tried loading other saves and they all loaded fine, it's just this one save I've been playing recently.
On this save I started having trouble with the acting career a couple weeks ago (couldn't click on X's on stage/job tasks don't appear in career panel after accepting gig unless I travel to another lot). Last week I had a sim who had applied and was accepted to university, but there was no option to enroll. I had to cheat to enroll at university of brichester, and now he can't join the debate club (no debate club members show up to any of the debate club events). And after today's update, I started getting the error code.
I use mods but I removed them all and still got the same error message. I think the shoe rack was part of the lovestruck package. Not sure but I had someone check my last exception and they told me it was the shoe rack. error code 110:83165b0:99987177.
