Game failed to load error Ps4

    I'm closing this out here as it's been a while since we've gotten a reply to follow-ups. For future issues similar to this, please add as much information as possible including the error message being received as every little bit can help. 🙂

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Error message to relaunch game
What happens when the bug occurs? Won’t allow you to play game only able to enter build mode
What do you expect to see? Play game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Allowed update

Uninstalled and reinstalled game no luck unplugged and restarted ps4 no luck  started a new game everything went back to normal was able to play game again
