Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game for 5-10 minutes or sometimes as soon as i get into game mode and it freezes or crashes.
What happens when the bug occurs? The whole game freezes after i exit build mode or go into game mode, or sometimes it just happens randomly. The whole game freezes and sometimes i have to turn my computer off because i cant do anything after waiting 10 minutes or sometimes it just freezes then 10 seconds later the game crashes and it keeps happening.
What do you expect to see? A normal game play with no crashes or freezes and i can get into game mode with no crashes and freezes and i can exit build mode the same way.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I got a new computer since my old one broke and it was working fine, but it ran out of storage the day i got it so i went to get it fixed since the storage went weird, the man organised it into one big file so that i can have storage again since thats how it was supposed to be in the first place. as soon as i brought it back 3 days later i went on sims and it started crashing and freezing.
I dont have any videos, but it baisically just freezes and then kicks me off the game.
