I experienced this yesterday. Maybe this issue has something to do with showers from Discover University (showerBox1x1_EP08GEN_set8) or Spa Day (showerBox_GP02ZEN_set9) because when I removed them from my lot, the issue has not reappeared so far. Previously it always happened on these lots after a few sim hours.

Do you happen to have a save file you can share from before you removed those showers?@TheSimsDirect I can confirm that it still occurs with 1.100.147.
PS: I had already sent in my savegame ;D
I play on console, and i haven't experienced this bug. Probably just on PC.

It can probably happen on the console as well, since it has nothing to do with mods and there are probably some other conditions that could trigger the error. But as soon as I place one of the two showers it starts. But there must be something more to it. I hope that the Sims-Team (@TheSimsDirect) can find the error and fix it.
