@Blood0rchid having the exact same problem on pc... i have unnistalled every mod and my outdoors trash cans still dont work.
Hello everyone. I had this issue in the vampire area with the can o flag which is pretty funny. The way I was able to get the "can" back upright was to simply go into build mode and hover over sell. First, I tried placing the can into household inventory and that didn't work but when I hovered over sell the can fixed itself without having to buy a new one. So, try placing the can into household inventory then hover over sell and see if that does the trick.
