Gardening Bug after downloading outdoor retreat.

Ever since I downloaded Outdoor retreat my sims haven't been able to water their garden or spray for bugs. They were able to weed, harvest, and plant, but the 'tend garden' option, and the water/spray for bug options haven't worked. I noticed this immediately after I downloaded the pack. As one of the first things I did was try to tend my garden. I've tried with and without the planter boxes, and I even planted a whole new garden, no luck. When I do click on one of those options, their entire queue empties and they sort of twitch for a second before going to back to normal.
