What happens when the bug occurs? My Sim goes to an audition and doesn't get a notification whether he got it or not. The UI remains on the audition time, but : - if I save, go back to main menu and load the game again, the contract shows up - even if I don't exit the game and continue up to the next day, I get a notification to get to the gig as normal - on the phone, after he returns, I can cancel both the audition and contract ; so I know he's getting it, it's just not showing.
What do you expect to see? When the Sim gets back from audition, I'm supposed to have a message that says if he got the gig or not. I get nothing, he just comes back.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have two versions of my save, both on Thursday, one with mods one without mods.
My Sim has an audition on Saturday :
- when he goes to the audition, I get the notification ; he goes to the gig the next day, everything is ok, asks for a new audition, when he returned from the 2nd one, no notification.
- when he skips the Saturday audition or cancels it, ask for a new one and goes to it on Monday, same issue happening.
- if he quits his career and comes back (he has a degree so he's back to level 8), still not working
- if he stays with the same agency or hires a new one, still the same issue
- wether there's a holiday or not, still gets the issue
- wether there's a rental event or not, still gets the issue
All scenarios lead to the same problem, first audition is ok, second one is not. He's been working as an actor for more than 3 Sims weeks, everything was fine until recently. I don't know what went wrong. I've been using the same mods too, all updated. Issue happens even without mods folder in Sims 4 folder...
