[GF] Paparazzi not showing/not recognizing celebrity

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 16.0
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every expansion, stuff, and game pack except first pets, green house, basement clutter, and bathroom clutter
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a some become 2-5 tier celebrity
What happens when the bug occurs? paparazzi don’t appear at all and when they do they don’t acknowledge my active sim
What do you expect to see? My celebrity sim be acknowledged like other celebrity sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Growing together update version 1.75
I’m currently trying to complete the World-Famous Aspiration but in order for me to do that I need paparazzi to show up. One of my other household sims was a townie that I married and they are a 2 star celebrity and gets asked for autographs and pictures all the time. While my sim is a 4 star celebrity and no one acknowledges him in order for him to complete the aspiration goals.
I’m playing on a console so I have no mods. I do have testing cheats installed for things like building. But that is it. I’ve tried looking on forums everywhere but I’m only seeing solutions for PC players
