Gifting Simoleons completes Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration task

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move in a Household with at least 2 Sims, one of them having the Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration (Sim 1). Have Sim 1 interact with Sim 2 and select Social Pie Menu > Friendly > Affection > Give Gift > Simoleons. Access the Aspirations panel and inspect the Aspiration progress. Notice that gifting Simoleons within the Household was counted towards the "Have Earned X Simoleons" task.
What happens when the bug occurs? Gifting Simoleons to another Household member counts towards the "Have Earned X Simoleons" requirement for the Fabulously Wealthy Fortune Aspiration. The interaction can be repeated and exploited until the requirement is met.
What do you expect to see? Gifting Simoleons to another Household member should not complete the aspiration task.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Gifting Simoleons can be used as an exploit and a cheat to meet the Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration requirement.
