"Go Home" Action Interrupted By Going Down Steps

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.60
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Spa, Get to work, Dine Out, Spooky, City Living, Jungle Adventure
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sim travel to a location like a bar or lounge. Click on the home icon on the sims face. Sim will walk down the stairs and then they'll reset and won't go home. I have to click the home icon again to make sim continue to go home.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim won't continue to go home after walking down steps.
What do you expect to see? Sim's home venture should not be interrupted.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @MzMelonz You might need to scroll up if you're using the cheat.

    This should also be another way to find your version

    How can you find your Game Version For Console ?



    You can also see the information on the Options Screen of the game



    Select the game and press Options (PS4) or Menu (XB1)
    For PS4: Either click on Update History or Information.
    For XB1: Go to Manage Games and you should find the same info.

    @MzMelonz Thank you, I appreciate that, though it's been too long and I pretty much gave up long ago.

    Back on topic, I tried changing the lot type of the Solar Flare to a gym without actually changing anything about the place (I did add in some exercise equipment and showers to meet the lot requirements though) and I was still getting the glitch. I also tried changing Movers & Shakers to a lounge type, adding in the required lounge items, and I didn't see any problems with the stairs there. So I have to guess that certain lots, or at least the buildings on them, have some sort of routing issue going on when leaving the area. I'm still not entirely sure though, and I'm starting to doubt if some of the tests I did were good enough.

    I ended up turning the Solar Flare into a single floor building, and moved all the things on the main floor to ground level. I originally did it for fun, but seeing as how it eliminates that glitch I ended up saving it to my library and using it in my main save.
