Grafting uses entire stack

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? just free pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you must have two or more plant shoot from same plant. then graft using that shoot.
What happens when the bug occurs? when grafting, it using all stack from shoot.
What do you expect to see? it should only use one shoot, not all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

when grafting this use all stack (3 shoot bluebell)

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Take more than one cutting from the same species of plant 2. Go to a different plant and click graft, select the variety of cutting and wait for the action to complete. 3. The entire stack of cuttings will be gone from the Sim's inventory.
    What happens when the bug occurs? When grafting cuttings onto a plant, the entire stack of cuttings is consumed instead of just one single cutting.
    What do you expect to see? Grafting cuttings onto plants should only consume one cutting, not the entire stack.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

    When grafting cuttings onto a plant, the entire stack of cuttings is consumed instead of just one single cutting.

    I've seen instances of this bug on this forum dating back to 2015 - is it still not fixed?
