For the moment, only solution is to set view distance to high.

Turning on view distance in option panels will no longer make a brick fence in the world completely white.
Fixed in Patch 1.58.63
I'm going to mark this as fixed as I checked a few of the places I've seen issues before and the look fine (unless I zoom out)
Could I get some feedback from the people that reported here
