Grim reaper and butlers

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hire butlers and have sim die
What happens when the bug occurs? When SIM die no grim reaper doing his job just stands around and not really moving
What do you expect to see? Butler stop starving and reaper reaping
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Grim reaper and Butler are glitchy. The grim reaper keeps idling as in staying in one place and not reaping. The butlers keep on going on a hunger strike and losing. I tried restarting the PS4 and exiting out of the game still same results
