[GRO] 23 Eucalyptus Lane Far Away Mailbox

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start The Sims 4 on Xbox One. Go to San Sequoia. Go to the plot 23 Eucalyptus Lane.
What happens when the bug occurs? It did not start me with a mailbox. I didn't realize until a couple weeks went by and I never had to pay bills.
What do you expect to see? I expect for a freshly bought lot to automatically have a mailbox in it. I also expect that if someone were to bulldoze a lot and build their own but forgot to put down a mailbox, that the game would automatically put a mailbox in the corner of the lot like normal. Even in the absence of a mailbox (which should never occur), I would still expect sims to get bills and have to pay either on their phone or computer.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The freshly released growing together expansion pack. (in the pack's new world)
