How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu, Crystal Creations, some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the left ladder GreatShapes Great Heights Bunk Bed in build mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The texture is very patchy and the bed features weird grey squares where on other swatches there are pictures.
What do you expect to see? The same color texture throughout.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Playing on PC I can confirm this.
But it doesn't happen with the last four swatches. All the swatches with the little drawing are ok.

The bed is ok if it isn't placed against a wall
It's also ok, if placed like this (ladder right)
As soon as the ladder is on the left the grey squares appear
Can duplicate this with the 'left ladder'
