[GRO] Cant Invite certain Sim to Stay Over Event

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion packs- All Game packs- Dine Out, Dream Home Decorator, Jungle Adventure, My Wedding Stories, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Spa Day, Strangerville, Vampires Stuff Packs- Bowling Night, Backyard, Cool Kitchen, Kids Room, Laundry Day, Luxury Party, Moschino, Movie Hangout, My First Pet, Nifty Knitting, Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plan stay over with certain friends and family members is not available no matter the day or time.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to plan a stay over with my sims mother, mother in law and a few other relatives and it does not present the option or show the sim in the calendar plan stay over option.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have plan stay option available for all sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The newest patch seems to have impacted this feature. There is nothing else I can think of that has changed besides that.
