[GRO] [DU] Items disappearing from keepsake box when moving from dorm

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs (excluding FR of course), all game packs, all stuff packs (except PPSP, CKSP, MHSP, BYSP, HSHSP), and about half the kits (can specify if necessary).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim who owns any keepsake box with at least one item in it. Put keepsake box in household inventory. Enrol them into university in a dorm housing, do not sell furniture. Move out to a normal lot and open the box.
What happens when the bug occurs? All items that were inside the keepsake box (birth certificates, trophies, photos, etc) disappeared from the game completely. This occurred in 1.102.190.1030 as well.
What do you expect to see? My valuables still in the game, inside the box, when I return from university.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I was playing a huge collection/completionism save, so I sent her to university in the Britechester dorms. When I returned from university, it was heart-breaking to see all of her collected items and photos that were in the box gone, especially since the whole challenge revolved around her collecting everything.
