Similar problem. Bracelets become broken, removed, but game thinks bracelets are still worn; shown on model, and cannot be demanded back, though the option for it is there. Option to give new bracelets is greyed out. Playing on PS4, so no mods or cc.

    I'm also having this problem, but I play with aging off. Maybe that is the cause?
