@odaphii Is this a LD milestone only ?
EDIT: NVM, seems it is. Find this a bit odd.
EDIT EDIT: I'm a bit unclear about the second part of the bug report. Since the milestone doesn't' appear, it is possibly a mod/cheats issue that the Sims isn't attached or did you have the milestone at some point and it also didn't attach there ?
@crinrictWith UI Cheats, you can cheat milestones in and even choose to associate them with;
- Items (birth certificate for instance)
- a location
- a trait unlock (like self discovery)
- a Sim associated with the milestone
For instance, "Got Married" that shows your Sim's spouse on the milestone, where they got married, and associates a marriage certificate with the milestone.
First Loss doesn't seem to work with any of those unfortunately.
I only managed to get the milestone to appear with mods, it refused to appear organically both in a modded and vanilla game ☹️
- crinrict6 months agoHero+@odaphii So it could be a mod issue that they don't attach properly.
Guess remains to be seen if it's also an issue without mods once the other issue is fixed.
Good to mention it but for now, I removed that part from the title.- gooochyeee6 months agoSeasoned Ace
From my tests: Sims don't get first loss if they are off lot/at rabbit hol/another lot when a known/close sim dies. I can duplicate it never showing the sim that was losed? lossed? idk what the word is in english but yeah. Both seem like bugs.

Sims should receive a "First Loss" and a "First Funeral" Milestone, but I've yet to see either one. Not in my Test game or my regular game.
All my test deaths were from being eaten by a CowPlant (easiest to manufacture without cheats in a vanilla game).
Deaths were all on home lots. Funerals were at the new Cemetery.
