[GRO] Milestones Unreadable Order

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to crystal creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a sim's milestones panel with enough memories.
What happens when the bug occurs? The chronological filter does not show the milestones without the categories, which makes it impossible to read the history of the sim!
What do you expect to see? I expect the categories to disappear when the chronological order filter is active! Otherwise it's useless!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Very annoying to have to report such basic things that should be thought of in the first place. These features are made for specific players and this time it was legacy players. So make it right in the first place!
