[GRO] Movie watch pop ups for sims not in household

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load every npc household up, so they're marked as played sims, then play any household for a while (shouldn't take longer then a week or so)
What happens when the bug occurs? Despite the sim in question not being part of the household, a pop up will appear showing how they're doing in the movie theater!? prompting you to choose how they behave and thus how they experience the movie...
What do you expect to see? This pop up likely shouldn't be appearing unless the sim in question is actually in your household... but because the sim is marked as a played sim, it still does
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've attached a screenshot of one such popups showing how Father Winter is going to the movie, even though my household has never even talked to father winter

    I just found out something new... This is likely from Growing Together, since i do live In San Sequoia's Anchorpoint Wharf neighborhood, where a theater rabbit hole exists. Which could also be what is causing this! I had never seen this theater building before, so that may be what's causing the issue... in which case to replicate it you might only need to live in the area? it's unsure but i believe i've only seen this popup for sims that were marked as played in a different household...

    @crinrict This is a glitch from Growing Together and the rabbit hole theater there. It has been going on since that pack came out. You see pop-ups for other sims that are at the theater even when you are not at the theater or part of their household. Another annoying glitch - please fix EA!!

    My Sim lives in Newcrest. When she goes to the Anchor Point Library in San Sequoia, a cinema event for others begins.

    This bug occurs when my Sim lives in Anchor Point Wharf or visits Anchor Point Wharf.

    @EA_Cade It is indeed still happening as of now, if you live in the same neighborhood as the theater in San sequoia you end up seeing the movie theater pop ups for every walk-by sim that visits it. Even when they are not in household. Usually at least one every day or two.
