Don't think there's an open one for promotions but maybe it was just a one off since you got the second one.
Did you get milestones for that trait before ? Not sure which milestones there are really. Don't play much attention to them.

@crinrict It was before the new trait was before the baby and the second promotion. And I have gotten a new self discovery milestone when sims gain traits. I'm not sure which you were asking about.
