[GRO] [S] Cycling doesn't count towards Scout 'Keep Fit' Badge for Children

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing Together, High School Years, Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, City Living, Get to Work, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Get Together, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Vampires, Realm of Magic, My Wedding Stories, Dream Home Decorator, Parenthood, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Jungle Adventure, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Desert Luxe Kit, Country Kitchen Kit, Industrial Loft Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a child in the scout career to ride around on bicycle
What happens when the bug occurs? The 'keep fit' scout badge doesn't get counted towards by cycling
What do you expect to see? Cycling should count towards the 'Keep Fit' Badge
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not sure if this should be merged with the thread, 'Get Fit Scout Badge - Exercises Not Counting' however given that Children being able to cycle is a new addition, I gathered it may be a Growing Together specific issue. I'm guessing this is probably not a bug and it's more likely given how its a minute detail, the Sims team may have just missed this out of the update!

The only mods I have installed are:

    @SparkyRabbit82 I'm going to let this slip as it was probably not added and there are many bugs like this but for the future, please test on a vanilla game ALWAYS before reporting here.

    @crinrict Sorry, I'll test it now. I assumed given the mods I have installed are cas rather than gameplay that they wouldn't affect it but I'll double check.

    @crinrictI've now tested it in a brand new vanilla save, with a child who knows nothing but scouts and bikes 😂, it's still not adding to the 'Keep Fit' Badge. Sorry again that I didn't do this before.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim involved with scouts bike ride (child or teen)
    What happens when the bug occurs? No Badge is given, where keep fit should be given.
    What do you expect to see? Keep Fit Badge Given to sims who bike ride.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
