[GRO] Sleep in Treehouse for 6 hours doesn't fulfill

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4, Toddler Stuff, Discover University, Realm of Magic, Eco Lifestyle, Nifty Knitting, Growing Together, Cottage Living, Seasons, Island Living, Parenthood, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Jungle Adventure, Tiny Living, Backyard Stuff, Movie Hangout, Bowling Night.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your child try to sleep in the Treehouse for 6 hours to fill an aspiration.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, the aspiration does not complete.
What do you expect to see? A completed aspiration.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim, a child, has the aspiration which requires that she sleep in the treehouse for 6 hours.  She has done this three times.  The aspiration is not being marked as completed.

I have no mods installed, do have custom content from TSR.  Thank you.

    @ambivertedsimmer A possible workaround - I've found sleeping in the treehouse all night seems to usually work to check this off - so 7 or 8 hours, straight through. But it does say it should work at 6.

    Hi there! I recently had this problem and attempted to fix it by having the rest of the family volunteer while the child slept in the treehouse. It fixed the problem and the aspiration was completed! Thanks so much for your advice 🙂

    Can confirm that the solution is to fast forward. I didn't do anything to the other members of the household. So long as you have the kid sleeping in the enclosure and you fast forward, you'll complete the aspiration.

    I found a work-around on Reddit:

    "You can save and go into Manage World, then come back. That usually resets the household.

    Otherwise you can use cheat codes:

    Ctrl + Shift + C to open command console

    testingcheats true (then press Enter)

    aspirations.complete_current_milestone (then press Enter)

    If the aspiration is completed, type Ctrl + Shift + C again to close command console

    If not, you can always complete a different aspiration, then come back and redo this aspiration. It seems to work.

    Also, some people say that their Child Sim will complete this milestone in 9+ hours, not just 6. So you can let your Child Sim play or swim until the energy bar is at critical, then let the child sleep in the treehouse."
