[GRO] [SNK] LE: developmental_milestone_tracker.py/Endless loading

Of the lots I'm bouncing around, only 1 of them has a challenge (Spooky in Culpepper in Myshuno). The home I moved the family to that allowed me to load them finally does have the 'good schools' trait, but no challenges whatsoever. None of them are off-the-grid. I've had to restart on the 'working' lot many, many times getting stuck in build/buy, or travelling from or back to that lot.

Does the Get to Work Hospital, or Get Famous' film set have a challenge or lot trait? I honestly don't know, and I can't go to work with any of my doctors or actors to find out. Last night before bed, I went to Have a Baby, just to see if it was employees only, or everyone,  and it froze. So patrons can't visit those lots either. I tried again, and fell asleep waiting for her to load in,and when I woke up this morning, it is still loading screen.

I will go and turn off ALL traits and challenges on ALL lots (except the lots that you have to go to for work, since there is literally no way for me to do those), and see if that helps anything. Although, I find it very annoying that the solution to this bug is going to be 'just don't use certain functions of the game!"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Loading in household and infinite loading screen should occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try loading into household infinite loading screen occurs.
What do you expect to see? Household should be able to load without infinite loading screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

My Sim seems to be corrupted after Patch 1.109.185.1030. I previously believed it was a lot issues i.e  the lot traits and challenges but after doing some trouble shooting like removing said sims from household I concluded it is just one sim in my entire save file that is causing a infinite loading screen when trying to open that household. 

While trouble shooting I redownloaded Better Exceptions and MCC to try to cheat my sim back into the household after removing them and was presented the exceptions "developmental_milestone_tracker" and "Exception raised while processing zone spin up sequence: 'Object not found: 0xb2a35dbe' (KeyError: 'Object not found: 0xb2a35dbe')" and upon looking further it seem that the particular sim had no milestones at all ( I've been playing this household since early 2023). Even when opening older versions of said sim I was still presented with the infinite screen. 

I typically don't have issues after updates, I've tried uninstalling, repairing, etc but still that one sims is making it unable to open that particular household.
