How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Packs & Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the lessons panel to the three as pictured below 
What happens when the bug occurs? The screenshots are directing the user on how to use the phone, but the phone UI has been updated since and doesn't look as pictured. 
What do you expect to see? Lessons screenshots to match current game UI. Otherwise what is their purpose if not to help players?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

As for Dine Out, the screenshot still has the placeholder grey llama icon displayed.
