[GTW] Alien aura Serum fails almost always

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.55.105.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drink Alien Aua Serum.
What happens when the bug occurs? According to this thread(https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/832317/alien-aura-serum-not-working), it's not a bug but it has 85% failure rates.(83% falling into sleep)
What do you expect to see? Reasonable success rate.(for example 85% success, 13% unconfortable moodlet , 2% falling into sleep)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When my sim was working on the Science Lab, there was three tasks.

One is ordering a coworker to gardening(impossible due to other bugs)

Making Reaper's Friend serum(which my sims didn't have metarials to make it)

Last one is after drinking Alien Aura Serum, then using alien power.

Only thing my sim could do was alien auro serum,  

so i cloned a tested alien aura serum and made my sim drink.

I tried 8 times. All failed. two of times got unconfortable moodlet, 6 times fell into sleep.

Even though I extended the shift, my sim couldn't do anything in the lab.

I don't think it's "by design".

Also I think this is the same issue.

I think "Alien aura Serum fails too often" is misleading slightly .

The odd of failure is near 9/10. so...

I think "Alien aura Serum fails almost always" is a more proper title for this issue.

Looks like this issue is still in the game 5 years later: I just made it to the top of the Scientist career where I have a work task to use the alien aura serum, and I keep getting the fall asleep outcome on non-tainted positively tested serums. I have cloned such a tested status serum 6 times, and had 6 x the fall asleep outcome (basically costed me the whole work day).

For anyone else searching for a solution, this link here contains a step by step instruction from a kind simmer, how to create your own mod that fixes the tuning, as it looks like the tuning defines a very high chance of failure for this specific serum, even though it is in tested status: "The tested serum would only work about 15% of the time, give an uncomfortable debuff about 2% of the time, and put the sim to sleep the other 83% of the time."
