Would you be able to provide your save file following the steps in the post above yours please?
Hopefully I did it correctly, this should be the correct save file.

I also have a lot of cc, some of which was used in this save

Please remove your mods/CC and test this on a clean vanilla save. If you run into the issue on this new vanilla save, please attach that save file so we can take a look. Thank you!

Hi @Astaria_36 , do you mean that you can't create the device on the invention constructor, or that you can't add it to a rocket, or that you can't upgrade the device to travel to Sixam?
The latter two options require your scientist to be level 10 in the career to get them to work.
I'm a scientist level 10. No mods on my game. Can't invent the Electroflux Wormhole Generator using the Invention Constructor. My Sim is currently installing it on his Rocket, but he's not done yet.
