[GTW] Changing Aliens to Human doesn't update look in Live mode

Now that we have a way to change human sims into occults and vice versa in cas, i decided to make an alien sim into a human. however, when i went into live mode, she had the appearance of an alien. she was still considered a human though (didn’t have the option to turn on/off a disguise or anything). when i reentered cas to see if i had accidentally left her as an alien, she was in her human form, switching back to an alien when i went back to live mode. anyone know how to fix this? thank you!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into create a sim, Make an alien sim, remove the alien occult. Sim should now show human form. Take this sim into live mode, the alien form will come back. Going back into CAS still shows the alien, however, they're shown as human.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims appearance is glitched after removing alien occult and accessing Live mode.
What do you expect to see? The sim to appear as they do in CAS after removing the occult.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Once removing the alien occult in CAS and having CAS Show a human appearance, taking the sim into world and playing with them has them reverting back to an alien appearance. When you use testingcheats true and cas.fulleditmode to bring the sim back into CAS, they still appear in alien form, and all options show up as they would for an alien sim, however, their occult is showing human.
