[GTW] Doctor Career: Outbreak Samples Bug

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? discover university, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get to work, outdoor retreat, paranormal, tiny living, my first pet, romantic garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to work as a doctor 2. Get the work emergency that has you analyze patient samples to prevent an outbreak 3. Try to analyze the samples and discover that they are for some reason not viable making the work emergency unable to be complete, setting back job performance
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to analyze the samples but it says that I have "no viable samples" to analyze
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the "analyze patient sample" option available on the chemical analyzer so that I can complete the work emergency
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I hadn't had this problem before I switched to my new computer, I've gotten this work emergency every shift because I need to complete it to be promoted, and I failed every time. I know how to do this work emergency because I've finished it before and played ts4 and ts3 for about 6 years now.
