This looks like UI Cheats Extension got cached. You might just need to delete the cache folders.
Under Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > cache —- clear that folder out.
And also:
Under Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > cachestr. — clear this folder out too.
- @Danitsia_TLP there's a console player in that thread.
I'd say it has more to do with the shopping card fiasko - @Danitsia_TLP tried this it did not work any other suggestions
