Gym Rat trait doesn't affect the hygiene of my sim

Even with this reward trait my sim still loose hygiene from working out...

    Gym Rat should be fixed with patch 10/01

    The never weary trait was changed.

    If there are any other traits not working, please open your own thread for it.

After the latest patch Disable HouseHold Needs decay cheat stopped working, bladder goes down when drinking. Hunger goes down when working out etc. It just doesn't work anymore.

Same goes for world needs decay, also stopped working after the latest patch.

Hope this gets fixed fast.

Update: Bladder only goes down when drinking: Milk, Orange Juice, Coffee etc.
