Harvestables and collectibles disappearing from sims' inventory

I have a similar problem

This happens to all the sims in a specific household. What could be the problem?

@Aceeee82 Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload

Please either create a .rar file to upload or c/p the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

    What is a lastexception file and what exactly do you want me to upload?

      @Aceeee82 Please upload the file called lastexception in documents\Electronicarts\theSims4 if you have any.

      As it's an XML file, please follow instructions given above to upload.

        @crinrict i have 5 lastException files and 2 lastUIException. i have not deleted them.

        i must state that i only have one household with this problem and this household doesnt appear on "my households" in the manage households window. whenever i try to move it to my households the hart fills like its been moved but still not appear on "my households". strange.
