What happens when the bug occurs? Sell a poor quality item for one hundred simoleons. Sold a poor quality item for one hundred simoleons but aspiration did not complete.
What do you expect to see? Aspiration should complete and change to 4) Street Stall Sage.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I just had the same happening, with both the poor qualtiy meal for 100 and also with the Sell one meal for 300. I did both as requested, and both are not completing ☹️ 

I wonder if it has to do with the traits that I have, that are making the price higher maybe, and maybe the completion doesnt count the price I'm actually getting? The traits that affect the price potentially, that my Sim has are: Marketable, Business Savy, Entrepreneurial, Shrewd, The Knowledge, and I have a 300% markup price. I have tried selling on my own lot and also on community lots, both without it completing. One time i was selling a self cooked Turkey Dinner, the other time a poor quality ice cream that came from the dumpster. It's very frustrating that these dont complete, given it is actually hard to fulfill them. I added screenshots of my traits and the 300 simoleon goal not completing during the sale.

What happens when the bug occurs?: I sell a poor quality item for over $100, and the aspiration task doesn't register as complete.
What do you expect to see?: When I sell a poor quality item for $100 the aspiration goal should complete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: Yes but nothing that touches aspirations, food, quality, or market stalls.

I have two Sims in my household. Sim A completed this aspiration without any issues. I bought a new stall and appliances for Sim B. When I tried to sell a poor quality pizza for over $100, the aspiration goal doesn't complete. I tried selling Sim B's stall and used Sim A's stall instead, but it didn't help. Tried this with 5 pizzas to no avail.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to complete the market magnata achievement and see if it works?? I'm not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have sold multiple items as poor quality at a profit for over $100 and it doesn't complete the achievement for market magnata.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a green checkmark and advancement to the next stage of the aspiration.

So frustrating! It was SO MUCH WORK to even GET a poor quality item, but finally got a batch of poor quality pleasantly unpleasant waffles I could sell for over 100 with mark up, and it STILL didn't complete the aspiration requirement after I'd sold them! I even got the "sometimes things that are expensive are worse) confidant moodlet, which makes it seem like it should have counted. How are we supposed to play without mods or cheats when the game doesn't work???
