[HCHSP] Prepped ingredients required in Cook menu but not pie menu

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a household with multiple sims, one with high cooking skill (so that a variety of recipes is available). Using that sim, click on a stove, choose Cook and scroll to Chili (for example) in the pop-up menu. Check ingredients. Then click on a stove, choose Serve [Lunch/Dinner] and hover over Chili in the pie menu. Check ingredients.
What happens when the bug occurs? If you select Chili from the Cook menu, the only required ingredient is prepped veggies (first photo). If you select Chili from the pie menu, the required ingredients are onion and tomato (second photo).
What do you expect to see? I expect the ingredients to be the same for the same dish, regardless of whether I select it from the Cook menu or the pie menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I checked a few other dishes, and I've found the same issue with several of them, for example, vegetable chili, fish tacos, fried chicken sliders and clam chowder. It looks like every recipe that uses prepped ingredients is affected. Choosing from the Cook menu requires prepped ingredients, but choosing from the pie menu doesn't. On top of that, additional ingredients besides prepped ones are sometimes only included in one version of the recipe (e.g., chili) and sometimes they're included in both (e.g., clam chowder).
