Hidden Queue Actions Can't Be Cancelled

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything available
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Have Sim Autonomy turned on Full. 2) Have a computer on the lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? While not just with computers it's the easiest to see. No matter if your Sim has queued up actions or not they will start to wander away towards the computer without having an action icon in the queue that you can see or even cancel. You won't see the computer icon until they sit at the computer.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see any autonomous actions appear as cancelable actions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Another one that is less likely to be hidden is the "Judge Decor" action. Sometimes it appears but it is very hard to cancel as the Sims will usually try to complete it even after you cancel it.

Another fairly good one to see comes from High School Years I believe. It's only available to teens but sometimes an NPC teen will try to show your Sim a funny video but the icon won't appear so you can't cancel it and If that Sim is very far away your Sim will wait in place until the other Sim runs the interaction.
