@FirehydrantXXI Could you please update your game.
My game is up to date. I also have no mods. I followed the troubleshooting guide from Sims 4.
@FirehydrantXXI The current version is 1.92. If your main menu still shows 1.86 then it's either not fully update or there's an issue with the game version file.
Are you using a default override file ?
