Via the mailbox, submit a Horror book to the Literary Digest.
What happens when the bug occurs? The next horror book can also immediately be submitted to the Literary Digest without a cooldown period of 1 week as specified on the mail box.
What do you expect to see? I expect the 1 week cooldown.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure
Images attached of the option being available Monday, later that same day and the following day despite submitting books to the Literary Digest. The way to get the cooldown period back is to submit a book from a different genre. My Sim writes Horror, Mystery and Children's books. I've never noticed this before and many of my Sims are writers but this is my only horror writer.
