This is happening to me both on and off the home lot. Horses are also getting "stuck" sleeping so all of their needs deplete. I was wondering if these issues were related.

This issue is still not fixed… Three horses got taken away from my lot one after the other. I had 10 full feeders and like 20 grass patches. And two of the horses had eaten right before.
I can confirm that this issue is the same as all the links you provided.
