Horses wont leave my household through selling?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? i dont know
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to sell any horse I suppose
What happens when the bug occurs? doesn't sell the horse/foul but plays the music and my sim waves no simoleons are added
What do you expect to see? i expect my horse to disappear from the household and funds to enter my balance
