[HR] [HSY] Beard won't grow

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Idk how to find that
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs, and then I have these kits: bust the dust, that fitness one that came out after bust the dust, country living, the greenhouse one, and the one that gives you that sparkly long sleeve crop top (so sorry for this description)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on Xbox One, have sims 4 and horse ranch installed. Create a sim with the new beard that came with horse ranch that you'll see in the picture attached. Enable hair growth. Play the game long enough with that sim to where a beard should grow.
What happens when the bug occurs? This horse ranch beard has been on my sim for a full sim year (I'm in winter now but my seasons are 7 days) and he never had to shave! I'm disappointed because rugged beards fit the rancher life. Yes hair growth is enabled.
What do you expect to see? I expect for this beard to work like the rest when hair growth is enabled and start showing growth within a couple of sim days.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Horse ranch and the extra side stuff that you get for installing horse ranch before *insert date here*. It's a guitar and two things I can't recall at the moment.
