[HR] No new mysterious rancher generated after original npc died/added

I have played for one week and there isnt any new NPC to replace the mysterious rancher. I believe this might be a bug.

You have mentioned it might need a certain event to generate a new one, may I know what event you refer to?

Hi there
I've never lived in other areas, so I don't know, but when I moved to Palomino Junction, the mysterious rancher came to the Welcome Wagon. Why don't you try it?
