Yes! I had 1 sim, 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 horses. One of my horses died, so I had 6 spots in my household and wanted to adopt a new one. I tried it out with another household and it worked just fine. I can still adopt sims, cats, dogs, and mini goats and sheep... Just not horses in this one household.

@SilverWoes Could you try splitting your households in two and then check if it works ? To see if the game thinks you have used to many spots. There's an issue where sometimes a non-existent pregnancy takes up a spot.

@SilverWoes On either household ? Could you then add a second sim to see if it's the Sim that's the issue ?

It works on other households, just not the one with my sim. I tried adding another a few times and it still didn't work. I'm unsure how I broke the game to begin with for this to happen
