[HR] Specific Sim unable to purchase/adopt horses through Animal Ranch Exchange

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.101.290.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start game, go to household, attempt to buy or rescue a horse. Cannot buy or rescue a horse, only sell.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to buy horses at all, the option is not on any menu.
What do you expect to see? The option to adopt or rescue a horse.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I had horses, and I was looking to get more. I had 2 open spots, and I could not adopt at all, but I could sell. I can buy or sell mini goats and sheep, and sell horses, and that's about it. I don't use mods or CC

    Yes! I can through the equestrian centre. I only started getting the message after I moved my household to where it is now, I loaded in a really big house and it broke and wouldn't fix even after I changed the houses.

    @SilverWoes Guess it broke with the welcome wagon event in the new hood. 

    I'll do some more testing and get back to you.

    @SilverWoes It's def something about the Sim itself but it's very hard to find out what. I tested her in a new save and she has the same issue there. None of the traits/moodlets she has make me think this should get rid of the option.

    Guess there's more data needed for now. So let see if others have the same issue. For now, you can just buy them through the equestrian center.

    @SilverWoes yes this is happening to me too, it’s been going on for a week and there’s still no option anywhere it’s very frustrating.
