I'm not even playing TS4 at the moment because of how bad this is. I'm on PC.

    Has anyone tried turning off NPCs relationships in the game options ?

      I turned off NPC relationships and the problem is still occurring.

      I did not have this issue until I updated my game today, before that, I was playing HSY just fine without this problem.
