[HSY] Crushes become permanent upon aging up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Version 1.106.148.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs except Batuu and fitness stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a teen sim with at least 1 crush. Have that sim age up without getting over the crush.
What happens when the bug occurs? The crush is now permanent. For the rest of that sim's life, they will get wants about talking to a crush or asking a crush out. There is no option to get over the crush, so it's just stuck for ever.
What do you expect to see? I expect that since crushes are a teen thing, the crush wants should go away completely upon aging up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
As stated above, if you age up a teen sim that has crushes, those crushes will follow them to the grave. I've found two workarounds: 1. get your sim to be a teen again and then "Try to get over crush" until it's successful. 2. completely delete from the game the sim that your sim has a crush on
It's a similar problem to permanent acne. I've got so many Adult and Elder sims in my game with acne because they aged up with acne ☹️
It definitely should be on the radar for bugs to fix.
Hi @Jessycaz can you check if your sim still has the crush sentiment active? (it will show under sentiments both on their profile and on the profile of the sim they have a crush on, if it's active)
If not, it is this bug, and they're looking for saves from unmodded games
My theory is that it gets stuck when the object of the crush ages up to young adult while the crush sentiment is still active.
