[HSY] Drama Llama: Make Enemy Rival doesn't register

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.129.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Nearly all except for the Star Wars and Jungle Adventure packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to achieve the Drama Llama aspiration for Teens, the last achievement (to make an Enemy Rival) cannot be achieved.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even though when I do make an enemy rival that's in my Sim's club, the game will not register them as an enemy and I can't complete the aspiration.
What do you expect to see? I expect the aspiration to be completed when I make an enemy.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have no screenshots, but the aspiration is only a problem when it comes to the last task. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the mods I own shouldn't interfere, but I'm not 100% sure.

    I have the same bug. Failed to have an enemy rival. I joined the cheerleading team and went to the festival, at this time there is an opportunity to argue with rival. You have to quarrel very quickly, as the action disappears after the festival. But even if I manage to recognize the Sim as an enemy, the goal does not end. I removed mods and it didn't help.

    Right, I started a new game on a new user on my PC with no mods at all. Not even cc. I am playing the parenting predicaments scenario and I have to complete Leo's aspiration which is drama llama. Joined ASA as actor made declared some enemies but none of them is a rival....

    The rival sim may have aged to young adult. Try leaving the extracurricular activity and entering another one, normally as soon as the active sim enters an extracurricular activity from the High School Years pack, the game already adds the rival sim in the relationships panel.

    @kat-stvrd The Rival Sim is specifically from the opposite extracurricular activity to your Sim.
    Chess team member is a rival of the Computer team member
    Cheer team member is a rival of the Football team member
    Normally as soon as the active sim enters an extracurricular activity from the High School Years pack, the game already adds the rival sim in the relationships panel.

    Yeah, this is another silly one that relies on random luck. It assigns you your rival but lots of things can then happen to that rival in the time it takes you to get to the end of that aspiration and there doesn't appear to be a script to give you another one.  Maybe if you quit and sign up for another after school activity it might but who knows. 

    It should have just been the very first aspiration on the list.  You could declare your rival right at the beginning and then the rest of the aspiration could have been centered around an actual rivalry.
