[HSY] Jester hat stuck on active Sim

My sim recently won prom jester, and ever since, the jester hat has not been going away. The sim won prom jester about a week ago in sims time and has since aged up to a young adult. No matter how of...

Could you please edit your post and add the following info to your post.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:
Which language are you playing the game in? 
How often does the bug occur? 
What is your current game version number? 
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
What happens when the bug occurs? 
What do you expect to see? 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

    @aaronwarnersgffr Maybe it works to remove the hat if you age the Sim down and back up in CAs.

    So try the following

    1. Backup your save game in case anything goes wrong
    2. Enter live mode and type testingcheats true and then cas.fulleditmode
    3. Shift click on Sim and choose modify in CAS
    4. Make the Sim a child
    5. Enter Live mode
    6. Go back to CAS with modify in CAS again
    7. Age back to teen
    8. Check game

      @crinrict Thank you for this response! When I tried this, it completely reset the sim and left it up to me to try and make the sim look as it did before I aged it down. I ended up exiting the game to get my sim back to how it was before I aged it down, then I saved the sim to the gallery and added it to my household from there, deleting the original one that had the jester hat issue. This fixed the issue completely, though I did lose all relationships the sim had.

        @aaronwarnersgffr Hm, I thought the look was fixed but I guess it could make you loose other stuff you achieved as well.
