Just some precisions when the game lag, you need to check out each sims and unless their notifications green symbols roll out, the game will be laggy Only when all sims have roll out their notifications completely the game come back without lags. I see the influence points, character values, relationship, reputation and preference values being displayed above sims head, once all my sims across different level of the house have roll them out, the lag usually stop, until some notification start accumulating again on sims you dont look at on different levels... hope it makes sense.
