I do not have any sneak out option whether I’m clicking on the ground or the window and there is no option to ask permission.
I don't even have the invitation for any of my played teen sims, and I've played with over 50 of them. I've had the window on the lot for only a few, though, so maybe you have to have the window placed in order to trigger the events? In any case, I don't even know if I can sneak out the window or not, since none of my sims have ever had the opportunity to try.
@LadyAofPineapple The window is not necessary for the sneaking out invitation. I've gotten it when living in a San Myshuno apt.
